The staff were friendly and always cheerful. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was fantastic.

Shower water pressure could be better.

We were in Pattaya for 14 days, had PERFECTLY PLEASANT stay, the hotel was neat with exceptionally nice location close enough to the main nightlife. The service was excellent and the pool was clean.

i appreciated new-fashioned room and its clean bathroom. a good choice of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone. the location was great in a perfect area, close enough to second road & beach road, many good cheap restaurants, bars and cafes and the market.

The king room with pool view was spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful, always smiling and cheerful. It's super close to lk metro. I loved the free breakfast too, it was a nice touch.

Some parts impressed, others didn't

The cleaning staff was fantastic! They always provided a cheerful touch. The location was perfect for exploring the city's vibrant bars and restaurants, just a short walk away.

Maintenance issues were noticeable. My bathroom tap was loose, and general upkeep felt basic, leaving a desire for better attention to detail.

The front desk staff woudl ve been better off taking a crash course in customer service. Where's breakfast, by the way? It wouldve been a lovely touch. I also didn't see my complimentary welcome drink, which I assumed is standard for esteemed guests such as myself. Disappointed, will not return.

I had an very nice experience staying in the King Room with Pool View, Non-Smoking. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. With the option to have housekeeping whenever I chose, I felt completely at ease .

The stay was enjoyable with some pleasant surprises. The spacious bathroom could use a shower curtain to avoid water spills, but the air conditioning was fantastic for those hot days. Being just a short walk away from attractions like Walking Street and Central Festival made it easy to explore. having a convenient laundry service next door was a lifesaver during the trip.

The location was perfect for exploring Pattaya. I was just a short walk away from popular attractions like LK Metro and the beach.

Room 505 had fantastic air conditioning, the clean, spacious room came with two complimentary bottles of water daily, and the staff were really good with their helpfulness.

Unless you enjoy playing the daily WiFi code game, you might lose your mind! Plus, the reception staff could win a gold medal in grumpiness!

The shower design was a pain-water gets everywhere since there's no shower curtain. The hotel pool shuts down pretty early at 6 PM, limiting opportunities for a late-night swim, and there's no coffee in the room despite the price point.

The King Room with Pool View was spacious, benefiting from a great TV and fridge. The location was central, and the free breakfast was a pleasant bonus. Unfortunately, low water pressure in the shower was frustrating, and the lack of a coffee maker in the room was disappointing. Noise from the street was noticeable at times, affecting the overall experience.
